Kelly Hanczyk has been the Chief Executive Officer of TransGlobe Apartment REIT since its inception in May 2010. Prior to his appointment, Kelly Hanczyk held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Asset Management within TransGlobe Investment Management.

Leslie Veiner – Chief Financial Officer of TransGlobe Apartment REIT
Leslie’s professional experience as a real estate executive has provided him with exposure to all functional areas of real estate including finance, acquisitions, development, divestitures and operations, and he has extensive experience in negotiating and completing large complex real estate, joint venture and financing transactions. Prior to joining the REIT, he provided seniors housing advisory services through his consulting company Hippo Capital Corporation.

Kristina Boyce, A.I.H.M – Senior Vice President Operations
Kristina Boyce has over 25 years of Property Management & REIT experience. She has held several senior positions throughout her career in both the Private and Non Profit Housing Industries for such companies as Greenwin & CAPREIT. Prior to joining TransGlobe Apartment REIT, Kristina held the position of Director of Human Resources for over 12,000 employees at Chartwell Seniors Housing.

Catherine Moran – VP Finance, Operations
Catherine Moran has over 20 years of financial industry experience, 8 years of which have been property management based. Ms. Moran is a chartered accountant with specialties in property accounting, reporting, finance, auditing, acquisitions, development and divestures. Prior to joining TransGlobe Apartment REIT, Catherine held financial Vice Presidential positions at the Alliance Atlantis Entertainment Group and Counsel Corporation.
