Patrick Eratostene obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1986 while actively working as Accounting Manager for a property management company. In 1988 he transitioned into the operational side of the business. Mr. Eratostene has managed a diversified portfolio of residential, condominium and non-profit housing buildings. Patrick’s knowledge of the financial and operational side of business as well as his experience with diversified clientele has been a welcoming asset to our team.
