Daniel Drimmer - President

Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, Daniel earned his BA at the University of Western Ontario and proceeded to obtain his MBA and Masters in Contemporary European Policy Making in Montreux, Switzerland. Since launching TransGlobe Property Management Services in 1994, Daniel has expanded and diversified the residential / commercial portfolio mix to a national level.
Daniel leads and guides the Canada-wide company with innovative thinking and a robust flare. His MBA, combined with his multi-disciplined expertise and leading-edge vision, affords TransGlobe the ability to provide quality rental solutions that stand a world apart. Daniel has quickly earned a reputation for recognizing value, operating with integrity, and has become renowned industry wide for “closing the deal”.
The company´s results-oriented and pragmatic approach to ensuring Tenants are happy is a core element to their daily operations. As innovative thinkers, TransGlobe strives to gain from the implementation of leading-edge technologies to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Daniel works closely with his brother, Leonard Drimmer, CEO of TransGlobe, to continue to build the company´s holdings and achieve the company’s long-term growth strategies. With more than 12 years of management experience and a portfolio that includes approximately 27,000 apartments and over 5.2 million square feet of commercial space, TransGlobe continues to grow by providing all clients with personal assistance, a professional atmosphere and a superior total property solution.
Leonard Drimmer - CEO

In addition to holding an MBA and an MA in Public Relations and Communications, Leonard Drimmer brings a wealth of practical real estate and property management experience to his role as TransGlobe's Vice President. Before joining his brother in Canada in 2002, Leonard trained at the headquarters and Frankfurt district office of Berlin Haus, TransGlobe's parent company.
When the decision was made for TransGlobe to expand more aggressively in Canada, Leonard made the move to Toronto to share responsibility for the company's growth with his brother. The time since Leonard's arrival has been characterized by sustained growth for TransGlobe, with the company´s residential portfolio tripling in size and new offices opening in Kitchener and London, Ottawa, Halifax, Vancouver and Calgary.
In keeping with TransGlobe´s family-business model, Leonard and his brother personally oversee every aspect of the company´s operations. Leonard sees this hands-on approach as part of TransGlobe´s dedication to tenant service, and a mark of the company´s pride in its name, properties and accomplishments. It is his ambition to continue TransGlobe´s tradition of excellence through unrivalled professionalism, rapid response to tenant issues, cutting edge technology and relentless, tenant-focused innovation.
David Pullen - Senior Investment Advisor 
Dave Pullen is TransGlobe’s Senior Invest Advisor (SIA) and has led the Finance Department since the company’s inception in 1994. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, spanning 25 years, which includes expertise in the areas of public accounting, acquisitions, taxation and financial reporting. As an invaluable member of the executive team, Dave is responsible for reporting timely and accurate financial information, overseeing the capital structure of the company and projecting its long-term financial picture. He has and continues to be instrumental in TransGlobe’s unprecedented growth and success.
Dave’s key objective is to ensure the company’s business structure is positioned for even greater growth and expansion. He views his role as a crucial component to ensuring the needs of the company’s tenants and employees are met. “Our mandate to keep growing as a company is never at odds with our constant push towards excellence,” says Dave. “The two go hand in hand to raise the level of service for our tenants.”
Ken Shelley - Vice President - Commercial Real Estate

Ken Shelley has worked with TransGlobe since 1995. As Vice President for TransGlobe´s commercial real estate portfolio, he oversees and negotiates leases with commercial tenants, and views maintaining tenants as a key responsibility. "We try to set ourselves apart from the regular property management groups by staying in touch," he says.
"It's very important to us to be very conscious of tenant needs and to respond quickly. That's where tenant loyalty comes from."
Joe Pizzimenti - Vice President of Finance 
In his role as VP of Finance Joe oversees TransGlobe's entire accounting department and ensures the efficiency of its day-to-day financial operations. He also coordinates all new property financing and acquisition activities.
Joe's impressive resume includes a decade of experience as a controller at a number of major real estate development firms. It has granted him thorough understanding of the financial backdrop behind property development and management industries in residential as well as commercial settings. His expertise is absolutely critical to TransGlobe's success.
“I enjoy working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that continuously presents new challenges and keeps each day interesting,” Joe comments. “TransGlobe's rapid expansion across Canada certainly provides plenty of excitement, but it also draws to it a number of talented and industrious people, which to me is crucial.”

Betty Pruss - Executive Administrator 
Betty Pruss has worked with the Drimmer family for over two decades, and has been with TransGlobe since its inception in 1994. While her work focuses mainly on TransGlobe's commercial properties, she also provides direct assistance to TransGlobe President Daniel Drimmer. Betty sees her job in terms of providing accessible service to the tenant:
"Everyone at TransGlobe is approachable, from the president on down. If a tenant needs to talk, someone will see them. We're here to look after them."
Arman Clemeno - Information Technology Director 
With over a decade of experience in the IT industry and a BA in computer science, Arman Clemeno brings a superior combination of knowledge and experience to TransGlobe. TransGlobe´s advanced technology infrastructure ensures that information flows quickly and accurately to and from tenants, and supports cutting-edge security systems at TransGlobe properties across Canada.
"Even though the company is very technologically advanced," says Arman, "we value personal communication with the tenants over all. Our technology works to support personal communication and to help the tenants."
Glenn Thornley - Director of Commercial Management 
Glenn Thornley is TransGlobe’s Director of Commercial Management and brings 18 years’ Commercial Property Management experience to the position. Previously, Glenn has held positions in Commercial Property Management as Property Manager, General Manager and Director of Commercial Management for three of North America’s most highly regarded property management firms. Glenn is responsible for managing the various functions involved in the smooth operation of the Tenant Facilities and Property Management groups. He will also guide and monitor the activities of Managers and other Employees in order to ensure that tenants receive superior service and properties are maintained to TransGlobe’s high building standards.

Michelle Ferguson - Director of Human Resources 
As Director of Human Resources, Michelle brings more than 15 years experience in the areas of Property Management, Communications and Wholesale Distribution. Her occupational philosophy and professional commitment to ensuring employees lead a balanced life is an integral component of living TransGlobe´s core values. Michelle’s demonstration and dedication to ensuring laughter, respect and dignity thrive within the workplace is an essential element to TransGlobe´s success.

Denise McLaren, Director of Technical Development and Training
Denise McLaren is the Director of Technical Development and Training. Denise brings a wealth of experience to TransGlobe. Prior to joining the company she was the principal of a Certified Educational Institute for 20 years. There, Denise certified Property Managers, Property Management Accountants and Leasing Agents. In addition to her educational expertise she has extensive practical experience. She is a Certified residential/Commercial Property Manager, Financial Controller and has successfully managed multi-property portfolios for 10 years. Denise’s technical consulting background will also go a long way in helping to identify software training and development solutions for TransGlobe.
As well as, being a TransGlobe Yardi Consultant, Denise is responsible for developing training solutions, which complement the company´s IT Department and their initiatives by ensuring the successful use of technology. “Training is a lifelong experience and is essential to effective corporate growth. It minimizes growing pains, improves employee and tenant satisfaction, and is the cornerstone of an effective management team,” says Denise. “Our success is the tenants´ success.”
Kim Reid - Director of Legal and Collections
Kim Reid comes to TransGlobe with more than 13 years of landlord tenant legislative experience. Some of her past experience includes five years with one of Canada's largest national law firms, as well as several years with a well known Canadian property management company where Kim filled the roles of both Manager of Legal and Collections and Manager of Customer Service and Training.
She is a licensed law clerk with a certification in mediation from the University of Windsor. As Manager of the Legal and Collections Department at TransGlobe, Kim is responsible for developing and maintaining legal documentation, and ensures that buildings are functioning at peak performance by ensuring that rents are received in a timely fashion. “Our legal team focuses on working with our residents to find the best solutions for their concerns.”
Andrea Pinto - Leasing Manager, Commercial 
With more than 10 years of industry experience, Andrea Pinto leads the Commercial Leasing Department. Andrea´s adept ability to recognize the needs of Tenants allow her the rare insight to quickly identify price point, size and location. Through working with brokers, lawyers, space planners and the construction team, Andrea ensures that each and every aspect of the move is addressed and delivered on. Andrea takes the time to ensure that Tenants have all the tools and knowledge necessary to make smart leasing decisions.

Andrew O'Beirn- Director of Procurement
Andrew O’Beirn comes to TransGlobe with 30 years of experience in the Construction, Manufacturing and Software industries. Andrew’s wealth of knowledge has afforded him international experience; he has worked on projects around the globe including Egypt, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Trinidad. In the past, Andrew has worked on the development, implementation and evolution of early generation Web-based Purchasing and Accounts Payable applications.
As Director of Procurement, he is responsible for reviewing and sourcing various cost-reduction measures in the areas of Travel, Fleet Services, Office Services, Wireless Communications, Real Estate and Facilities and other operational areas. “TransGlobe prides itself on providing value to all its customers. My mandate is to ensure that TransGlobe receives value for every dollar spent. By doing so, we can constantly improve the value proposition that comes with being a TransGlobe customer,” says Andrew.
Paul Dillon - Director of Marketing and Public Relations
In his role as Marketing Director, Paul implements a disciplined and innovative marketing and public relations approach that is critical given the company's rapid and expansive growth. He brings to TransGlobe over 17 years of marketing experience in a variety of sectors that include packaged goods, consumer electronics and transportation as well as a vision that instantly defines the TransGlobe brand.
Paul strongly believes that “building the TransGlobe brand and driving awareness must start with customer confidence in our product.” This has brought the Marketing Department closer in line with the company's unrelenting emphasis on customer service and become the focal point in developing effective marketing campaigns for both Commercial and Residential properties.
At the same time, this career marketer also understands that this philosophy involves building a consistent appreciation for the needs of TransGlobe's customers. “In order for us to understand and gain that confidence, we need to make sure that we clearly understand the areas important to our current and future customer base. That is why our marketing team's primary objective is to listen and learn from our customers. It provides us with that invaluable insight that ensures that we are focusing on the key areas which drive our business and cultivate the TransGlobe brand.”
Dave Clark - Director of Commercial Construction & Operations
Dave brings to TransGlobe over 19 years of experience in the fields of real-estate development and management. His role within the company is critical, given the multifaceted nature of the commercial segment of the company's rapidly expanding portfolio.
First and foremost, Dave manages all commercial construction projects across Canada . These may include any variety of renovations, additions, build-outs or upgrades. His work guarantees that each commercial property acquired by TransGlobe meets the company's stringent quality and safety standards and is in line with the its long-term plans. At the same time, he is also actively involved in the management of the existing commercial portfolio by overseeing the company's adherence to fire safety standards, building maintenance requirements as well as department staffing and its day-to-day operations.
“There is an entrepreneurial drive to succeed that permeates the people at TransGlobe,” Dave comments. “To a large extent, it drew me to the company. It also leaves no doubt in my mind that we will achieve all of our department's objectives and that to me feels rewarding.”
As a manager, he is calm, collected, and always involved. “I prefer a very hands-on approach to management,” he describes himself. “I like to interconnect with all the facets of my department's objectives and my team's individual roles. However, perhaps my main strength as a Director is my ability to project a certain level of comfort and confidence in any situation,” he continues. “Things happen quickly in our industry but I know that every predicament, when considered with a cool and calm demeanor becomes an opportunity.”
Evelyn Townsend – Director of e-Learning
Evelyn is a true pioneer in the field of adult learning and development. In fact, helping major organizations improve the performance of their human capital to meet their strategic goals has been Evelyn’s passion for over 17 years. She has held a variety of learning and development management positions in the financial, technology, retail, insurance and parcel delivery industries.
Currently, she continues to explore her professional interests and apply her extensive experience as TransGlobe’s Director of e-Learning. She oversees the development and implementation of programs that support the motivation, development, performance and retention of sales and technical employees and foster leadership excellence among the management ranks. Evelyn’s expertise is of paramount importance to TransGlobe as the company continues to solidify its status as a national organization in the age of information technology. It fulfills the need to deliver an easily accessible and sound knowledge base to the company’s workforce of over 1300 employees, which now stretches across Canada.

Vivian Kokorian - Director of Customer Relations 
As TransGlobe's Director of Customer Relations, Vivian looks to inspire a culture of customer focus throughout the company's key market-facing divisions – the Customer Care Centre and the Leasing Department. She strives to make TransGlobe synonymous with customer service standards that are consistent, that benchmark trends throughout the industry and over time evolve along with the company itself.
Vivian brings to TransGlobe over 20 years of experience in a variety of sales and service positions in the travel and hospitality industry, including a senior role at a national call centre. It has given her the patience, the communication skills and the tenacity required to succeed in the ultra-competitive rental housing industry.
“The competition never rests and we must consistently raise the bar as a company in order to stay where we are now – at the very forefront of the industry,” Vivian comments. “The key to our success rests within our ability to create a sense of urgency in everything that we do.”

With more than 22 years of experience in the areas of building design and operation, Jamie fills the role of Asset Manager for TransGlobe´s Eastern Region. He oversees operations across Canada from our Eastern Canada office in Nova Scotia. Jamie has spent the last 15 years in commercial and multi-unit residential property operations, and 5 years has been dedicated to working in the United States in multi-unit residential property management.
Jamie´s extensive work experience brings him a unique and fresh outlook towards property management. He specializes in automated building systems and energy conservation/reduction programs. His experience and expertise coupled with TransGlobe´s dedication to provide a total property solution will ensure Tenants are provided with the very best first-class solutions.

Simone Webb - Customer Care Centre Manager 
Prior to accepting the position as manager of TransGlobe´s Customer Care Centre, Simone Webb had worked trouble-shooting call centres for a major department store chain since 1989. She ensures that tenants´ interests are a priority in hiring, training and customer service procedures. "The CCC is the first point of contact for many tenants," she explains.
"People in this department are trained to really listen to tenants. We take the legwork out of finding an apartment, and help connect people with the right homes."
John Kamler - Business Development Manager
John Kamler is the Manager of Business Development at TransGlobe, and has been with the company since 2000. In addition to holding a BBA and BSc in computing from Wilfrid Laurier University, John brings practical knowledge to TransGlobe from a number of former positions, ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 corporations.
As Business Development Manager, he is responsible for contributing to and implementing the corporate TransGlobe vision, by leveraging internal and external resources with out-of-the-box thinking. “When people think of property management they mistakenly believe it´s a routine occupation. Here at TransGlobe every day is something new and exciting.”
Kim Hollett - Regional Manager, Vancouver
As Regional Manager for Western Canada, Kim Hollett holds more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Kim’s entrepreneurial and a results-oriented focus on Resident satisfaction combined with his collaborative management approach ensures TransGlobe’s core value of providing high quality affordable living solutions. Kim’s dedication to delivering lifestyle improvements is a value-added proposition to all TransGlobe Tenants.
Kim is a creative leader and takes the time to understand Tenant needs. His multi-disciplined expertise will build and guide the Western Division. Tenants will benefit from Kim’s skills, ability, and pragmatic, results oriented approach to safe living.

BJ Santavy - Regional Manager, South Western Ontario
BJ Santavy comes to TransGlobe with 12 years of experience in the residential sector, and brings a depth of knowledge and superior service standards to her role as Regional Manager of the South Western Ontario area. BJ has held both the roles of rental agent and property manager for one of Canada’s largest property management companies. This hands on experience provides her with the ability to understand and deliver on our tenants needs.
BJ serves on the Board of Directors for the London Property Management Association, and brings a wealth of knowledge on the Western Ontario rental market.

Diana Bernier,
National Quality, Health & Safety Manager
Diana has been with TransGlobe for 5 years and brings over 10 years’ experience in the property management sector to the newly developed Quality, Health and Safety Department. As National Quality, Health and Safety Manager, Diana is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the company and that TransGlobe’s high quality standards – whether in building cosmetics, mechanics, maintenance or regulations – are being met.
Diana’s career began as a Leasing Professional for a prominent GTA Property Management company and progressed to Property Manager prior to joining TransGlobe as the Kitchener-Waterloo Regional Office Manager. “I’ve seen the positive impact of TransGlobe’s emphasis on quality lifestyle and how this translates into tenant retention. By measuring the quality of our properties, we can identify what we’re doing right and what requires improvement,” says Diana.
Don Brown - Commercial Operations Manager 
Don Brown is TransGlobe’s Commercial Operations Manager and has been with the company for over seven years. Don’s depth of experience in the industry spans 21 years. He has extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and managing large automation upgrade projects. As Commercial Operations Manager, Don manages all aspects of property maintenance and oversees technicians and contract trades people. He is also responsible for supervising TransGlobe’s team of Commercial Building Operators across Canada.
Through coaching and carefully monitoring the work of internal and contracted team members, Don ensures tenant satisfaction and adherence to TransGlobe’s high standards. “By managing our building systems, operations employees and outside trade contactors, we maintain the highest standards in comfort and cost effectiveness for our tenants,” says Don.
David Chan - Commercial Property Manager 
As Commercial Property Manager for TransGlobe, David Chan brings with him more than 15 years of property management experience. Starting as an Accountant with one of Canada’s well known Property Management companies; he progressed to Assistant Property Manager and to Property Manager; responsible for various diverse portfolios. David’s role at TransGlobe involves developing site offices for new commercial acquisitions.

Ann E. Campeau - Senior Comptroller of Treasury, Compliance and Reporting
Ann has 20 years of experience in the Canadian Real Estate Industry, from the public accounting sector through to both publicly and privately held companies. She is a designated Chartered Accountant and brings great insight and experience to the reporting and compliance components of the Transglobe Finance Team.
Her team approach to tasks enables everyone to take pride in what they do.

Janet Mackenzie - Manager, Tenant Facilities
Janet MacKenzie manages TransGlobe's Tenant Facilities Department and has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for more than 23 years managing properties North America 's four largest and highly regarded Property Management companies. Janet has varied management experience providing her with valuable insight into specific tenant needs and requirements.

Joe Crupi- National Capital Improvement Manager
Joe brings 15 years of experience in the industry consisting of: Contracts and Civil Works Manager with Terminal 3 Pearson International Airport as well as extensive experience with large Property Management and Development companies heading up major projects and all capital improvements such as: Project Management / Construction.
Joe's role within the above companies enabled him to deal with tenants in all magnitudes. He has learned to respect their homes and privacy while performing duties, service is paramount. Joe tries to follow Warren Buffett's rules for success, as follows:

Marsha Bergeron - National Manager, Residential Office Administration
Marsha brings several years of Administration to TransGlobe in Property Management.
Marsha started with TransGlobe as a Building Representative, then transferred to Head Office as an Administrative Assistant, and is now National Manager, Residential Office Administration.
