TransGlobe's cross-county expansion launches firm into Orangeville and St. Catharines rental markets.
Mississauga, ON – April 5, 2007 –TransGlobe Property Management Services continues its coast-to-coast expansion plans by launching into the Orangeville and St. Catharines markets with the acquisition of two residential apartment buildings. These latest deals add to TransGlobe's GTA portfolio and demonstrate the company's commitment to growth in the region.
The buildings are located at:
- 55 First Avenue , Orangeville
- 37 Rykert Street , St. Catharines
Today's transaction adds another 80± units to TransGlobe's residential portfolio of over 22,500 apartment units. Renters can choose from one and two bedrooms suites.
Since TransGlobe broke into GTA rental market, it has been steadily growing in the region. To date, the company has amassed over 4,500 apartment suites in the GTA with a total of 22,000 suites cross country.
