New Mississauga apartment building acquisition example of TransGlobe’s ongoing growth strategy.
Mississauga–ON– December 12, 2006 –Today’s acquisition of an apartment building in Mississauga is the latest addition to TransGlobe Property Management Services’ growing residential lineup in the GTA.
Located at 7 Elizabeth Street North, the property’s major intersection is at Elizabeth Street North and Lakeshore Road East. This deal adds 76 units to the company’s already sizable residential portfolio of over 18,500 units and offers a variety of bedrooms for rent.
 
As Canada’s sixth largest city, boasting a diverse cultural mix and vibrant business community, Mississauga is a prime destination for the property management leader and renters within the GTA.
