TransGlobe proudly enters four Nova Scotia communities; the acquisitions add a total of 99± suites to the firm's residential portfolio

Nova Scotia – December 12, 2007 – TransGlobe Property Management Services announced today the acquisition of four Nova Scotia properties that add 99± residential suites to the firm's portfolio.

They are located in four towns across the province:

· 10 Blomidon Terrace in Wolfville

· 10 Fourth Street in Bedford

· 11 - 30 Douglas Drive in Springhill

· 420, 432 Jubilee Road in Bridgewater

“We are very excited to be able to enter four different communities at the same time,” said Daniel Drimmer, TransGlobe's President.  “These acquisitions show just how important diversification is to our plans for Nova Scotia – both in terms of type of properties as well as the location that they offer to our residents.”

The firm has accumulated a wide variety of holdings in Dartmouth and Halifax since it entered the province's rental housing market in May of 2005.  The new properties offer more accommodating low-rise and townhome rental options to the province's residents.

They also offer close proximity to area amenities that are crucial to many residents' lifestyles.  Two of them are excellent fits for students: the property in Wolfville is just minutes from Acadia University and the property in Bridgewater can accommodate students of a variety of ages, as there is a College, a University as well as a number of elementary schools in the immediate area.  Both the Bedford and the Springhill properties offer great access to the towns' community centers.

‘We do look for properties that can offer their residents easy access to specific area amenities,” continued Daniel Drimmer.  “Location is important not only to those that look to buy real estate – it is equally important to those that rent.  We realize that and consistently try to do our best to give our residents more than just apartment suites – we try to provide them with homes.”

Further expansion into Nova Scotia is expected.
