TransGlobe acquires historic property in Victoria, B.C.

Victoria, B.C. – December 19, 2007 –TransGlobe Property Management Services today announced the addition of a historic property in Victoria , B.C. to its property management portfolio.
The City of Victoria and the Victoria Historical Society have designated the original part of the 31 Bastion Square as a Heritage Building known as the “Board of Trade Building.” It is a four-storey property located in the heart of downtown Victoria and just one block away from the waterfront. The building has more than 34,000 square feet of rentable space.
