Halifax–NS– February 15, 2007 –TransGlobe Property Management Services continues its Eastern Canada expansion with the addition of two multi-unit residential buildings today. These are the latest additions to the company’s offering of affordable apartment living.

Located at 15 Kennedy Drive and 25 Vimy Avenue in Halifax, the buildings offer one and two bedroom suites. The properties add to the 2,100 apartments already owned and managed by the Canadian property management company in Atlantic Canada. As part of the company’s core philosophy of providing accessible mid-market apartment rentals, these units will be rented at affordable rates. |

Today’s acquisition follow the addition of one building on December 19th and another three buildings on November 3rd and is a strategic move on the part of the company as it continues to expand in Dartmouth and Halifax Regional Municipality. |
