TransGlobe accommodates expansion with new head office location. |

Toronto–ON– February 28, 2007 –Industry leader TransGlobe Property Management Services is proud to announce the acquisition of a new National Head Office located at 5310 Explorer Drive, Mississauga. The new location provides a larger, more dynamic space allowing the company to better serve its tenant base.

With recent growth, and with more expected to come, TransGlobe has demanded additional office space to house its national head office operations. The two storey office building provides 75,000 sq. ft., all of which will be solely occupied by TransGlobe. This acquisition adds to the 5 million square feet of commercial space already owned by the property management company. |

In addition to addressing expected future growth, the new location will house TransGlobe’s 24/7 Customer Care Centre and all other centralized departments functioning at the national office. |

With an expected move-in date of April 16, 2007, the building has six weeks to undergo a complete transformation. The renovation plans include full exterior upgrades, landscaping, complete renovation of the interior and new signage and branding treatments..

The newly modernized facility will house a fully equipped fitness facility, state-of-the-art presentation room, dedicated employee training facility, and additional features all for the comfort of each and every employee in mind. |
