TransGlobe continues to expand into Western Canada at a torrid pace – the firm adds 21 residential blocks with 253± suites to its Calgary portfolio

Calgary , Alberta – January 10, 2008 – TransGlobe Property Management Services announced today the acquisition of Pineridge Greene apartments - a rental community of 21 residential blocks in one of Calgary 's Northeast neighbourhoods, also known as Pineridge.  Together they add a total of 253± suites to the firm's continuously expanding residential portfolio.

“This property fits very well with what we look to include in our portfolio,” said Daniel Drimmer, President of TransGlobe.  “It is situated in a residential neighbourhood that offers a number of shopping amenities and schools, easy access to local parks and community centers, and a pathway system that provides recreational opportunities for local residents.”

The property is equally accommodating in terms of its amenities as well as the type of suites it offers.  Its residents enjoy the benefits of an onsite recreation centre with a squash court and a sauna as well as having a laundry room in each one of the 21 blocks.  Every suite has either a balcony, or a walkout patio if located on the ground floor.  All 2-bedroom suites also include a dishwasher and 1.5 bathrooms.
