Vancouver–BC– January 25, 2007 –TransGlobe Property Management Services, has set its sights on the Greater Vancouver Regional District again after acquiring three apartment buildings in Vancouver today. This deal comes on the heels of a two-building acquisition in Burnaby and New Westminster last month.

The properties, located at 2250 Dundas Street, 8678 Osler Street and 1323 West 71st Avenue, together, add another 87± apartments units to the company’s ever-growing residential portfolio of over 19,000 units. The buildings offer a variety of suites to suit various lifestyles. |
