The latest deal adds 57± units to TransGlobe's portfolio and demonstrates the company's commitment to growth in Ontario .

Today's transaction adds to TransGlobe's residential portfolio of over 23,000 apartment units, and compliments TransGlobe's other two buildings at 26 and 27 Thorncliffe Park Drive. Renters can choose from bachelor, one, two and three bedroom suites.
