Saint John –NB– March 23, 2007 –TransGlobe Property Management Services continues its Atlantic Canada expansion, with today’s acquisition of 12 residential apartment buildings in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Today’s purchase solidifies the company’s commitment to growth in the Eastern Provinces and in the port city’s residential market. This acquisition adds other 111± units to the company’s residential portfolio, which now stands at over 21,500 units from coast to coast. |
