Dartmouth–NS– November 3, 2006 –Canada’s premier property management firm and industry leader, TransGlobe Property Management Services, continues its growth strategy with the acquisition of another three residential apartment buildings in Dartmouth today.

The company has been steadily acquiring properties in the Halifax and Dartmouth area since it broke into Nova Scotia’s rental market in May 2005. TransGlobe has been particularly successful in this region and currently owns and manages more than 65 properties in Nova Scotia.

The properties located at 127 Slayter Street, 104 Albro Lake Road and 106 Albro Lake Road add another 26 suites to the company’s sizable national portfolio of over 18,500 apartment units. |

The properties offer bachelor, one, two and three bedroom units for rent. As part of the company’s core philosophy of providing accessible mid-market apartment rentals, these units will be rented at affordable rates. |
