TransGlobe fulfills promise to continue expanding its Ottawa residential portfolio. |

Ottawa–ON– November 8, 2006 –Canada’s fastest growing property management firm, TransGlobe Property Management Services, has just added another multi-unit apartment in Ottawa to its national roster of more than 18,500 apartment units.

The property, located at 199 Holland Avenue at the intersection of Wellington Street and Parkdale Avenue, has 36 units consisting of one and two bedroom suites.

This acquisition is the latest in the company’s aggressive expansion plans of its Ottawa holdings. Last month, TransGlobe took the Ottawa Region rental market by storm when it purchased 13 residential apartment buildings and added another 572 units to the company’s portfolio. Today’s deal fulfills the company’s plan to continue expanding in the nation’s capital.
