TransGlobe continues to grow GTA holdings with the purchase of four residential apartment buildings.
Toronto–ON– November 21, 2006 –The purchase of four multi-unit apartment buildings is the latest acquisition in TransGlobe Property Management Services’ growing lineup of GTA residential properties, the company announced today.
The buildings are located at:

  • 1660 Bathurst Street
  • 569 Broadview Avenue
  • 9 Tennis Crescent 64
  • Wellesley Street East

    Together they add 214± units to the company’s impressive residential portfolio of over 18,500 apartment suites coast-to-coast. Each building offers various unit types, ranging from bachelor to three bedroom suites.
     
    The buildings are dispersed throughout the City of Toronto, one of the most desirable places to live, work and raise a family. Moreover, with its strong economy and accessibility to services, Toronto is also one of the most sought-after rental regions.
