Toronto residential apartment buildings acquisition builds upon TransGlobe’s GTA stronghold
Toronto –ON – October 12, 2006 –Two Toronto properties located at 99 and 150 Dowling Avenue in the city’s South Parkdale community are the latest additions to TransGlobe Property Management’s sizable 16,500-plus residential lineup.
These multi-unit buildings add another 177 apartment units to the company’s residential portfolio and offer bachelor, one and two bedroom suites.
 
Hailed as the “2006 Movers and Shakers” of the apartment industry by Canadian Apartment Magazine, TransGlobe has been amassing residential and commercial properties throughout the country. And the industry leader shows no signs of slowing down.
 
This purchase comes on the heels of a 13-building acquisition in the Ottawa region which also closed today, adding another 572 apartments to its residential portfolio.
