TransGlobe further solidifies roots in BC’s rental market with a 13-building property acquisition, totaling approximately 700 units.
Vancouver –BC – October 19, 2006 –The Trail Blazers of the property management industry, TransGlobe Property Management, swept through BC today and scooped up 13 residential properties in the process, topping the company’s already impressive portfolio in BC to over 2000 units and raising its national total to 18,000 apartment units to date.
Today’s deals represent four separate transactions, over seven BC cities—all closing in one eventful day.
 
Just two days after the company made its entry into Calgary’s rental market with the acquisition of a 360-unit residential and 65,000 sq. ft. commercial property, and one week after it took the Ottawa Region rental market by storm with the purchase of 13 apartment buildings, TransGlobe wasted no time in securing another 700± units—fulfilling the company’s promise to considerably expand its presence in Western Canada.
