London 's largest real estate proprietor increases its share of the city's rental market: TransGlobe acquires two high-rise buildings and adds their 332± suites to its residential management portfolio

London , Ontario – September 4, 2007 – TransGlobe Property Management Services announced the purchase of two residential high-rises today.  The 10 and 11 storey buildings contain 158± and 174± spacious suites respectively. 

They are located at:

· 301 Base Line Road West :

Together they form a property collectively known as ‘Capitol Hill' that bursts with mature trees, colourful flowerbeds and beautifully landscaped rolling lawns.  It also offers its residents the convenience of on-site laundry rooms, spacious lobbies protected by video security systems, a saltwater swimming pool with a large sundeck as well as the services of a full-time on-site Building Representative to look after its immediate upkeep.
