TransGlobe continues Nova Scotia expansion with the acquisition of three HRM properties.
Halifax –NS – September 20, 2006 –The friendly city of Halifax continues to be on the TransGlobe Property Management radar with today’s acquisition of three residential apartment buildings in Halifax and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
The charm of small town life and the natural beauty of Halifax Regional Municipality draw the award-winning property management firm to the region time and time again.
 
Today’s purchase includes two Halifax properties: 18 Evans Avenue and 611 Herring Cove Road, and 143 Albro Lake Road located in Dartmouth. This acquisition adds another 83 units to the company’s sizable portfolio and future expansion in the region is part of the company’s growth strategy.
 
“We love HRM and continue to be quite active in this market. These buildings are in small, quaint communities and the demographics fit well with our current tenant base,” says Daniel Drimmer, TransGlobe President.
 
The buildings offer affordable bachelor, one and two suites.
