Halifax –NS – September 20, 2006 –The friendly city of Halifax continues to be on the TransGlobe Property Management radar with today’s acquisition of three residential apartment buildings in Halifax and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Today’s purchase includes two Halifax properties: 18 Evans Avenue and 611 Herring Cove Road, and 143 Albro Lake Road located in Dartmouth. This acquisition adds another 83 units to the company’s sizable portfolio and future expansion in the region is part of the company’s growth strategy. |
