Policy |
A refund of a deposit may be approved under the following circumstances:
• A prospective resident cancels their application prior to approval
• A sitting resident fails to vacate the unit on the scheduled commencement
of the new tenancy and the applicant is unwilling to accept an alternative unit; or
• A deposit has been processed in error prior to a Rental Application being approved
A refund will be provided to a prospective resident within 30 days of receipt of a
written notification that the applicant no longer wishes to rent the apartment.

The prospective resident must provide written notification that they no longer wish
to move into the apartment for which they applied.
