"Good afternoon,I have recently been approved for an apartment at 80 Wellesley Street East, and I am very excited to become part of the downtown villiage community!
I am writing to convey how extremely efficient, courteous, and professional your Representative was. His name is Ian, however I am unsure of his last name. From the first phone call I received from him,
I knew I was in good hands. The Castellana Apartments were the first apartments that I viewed, but something stuck with me. I am willing to guess that it is the outstanding service provided by Ian. He truly is a fantastic asset to your company."

"As you will recall, this past Wednesday was somewhere in the 30's. As I dragged myself in the back door, I could immediately smell the cleaner that Marion uses on the floors. Looking up, I saw Marion hard at work, washing the stairwells. She was on the last of the three.
It occurred to me that it had been a while since I sent you an e-mail reminding you what a valuable employee she is. I know that management levels in all businesses forget that their companies depend on people like Marion.
My husband and I have lived in this building since we were married 45 years ago. In our first 15 years, we survived a dizzying number of superintendants who had no people skills and thought their job consisted of sitting in their apartments drinking. There were some who threatened and intimidated the tenants. Those were tough years. Then Marion's mom and dad came and then Pete and Marion. That was the beginning of the good years.
You only need to go next door to see how the average superintendant runs their building. A few years ago, our son moved back to Canada from Japan. There were no vacancies here so I got them into the next building. In my excitement at the thought of his being so close, I didn't notice the huge difference between the two buildings. You can run your hand all along the chair rail on any of our floors and your fingers will be clean. Over there, an inch or two will provide you with a ton of dirt.
Marion's hard work and people skills keep this building a good place to live. There are friends of ours who moved to this building because of Marion. They lived at a near by building and saw what our building was like. There are people who are staying here because of Marion.
As management people, you need to be aware of what a prize you have in Marion. I want this letter to go to Lenny Demers and whoever is our property manager of the moment."
